Garden Room
Cater for up to 30 people.Set menus and buffet menus available. Situated in the garden is our endearing Garden Room with views of our beautiful garden area. Available for private hire, the Garden Room can comfortably cater for up to 30 people, available to be decorated for your special event. Set menus and buffet menus are available when hiring out this space, please visit our MENU section on our website to view these. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss options, availability, or any general queries. PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow private parties for weddings or younger birthdays (18ths and 21sts)
Children's Play Area
The Unicorn is child friendly! We have a new play area situated in the garden, suitable for 12 year olds and under. Featuring a hand built wooden frame with a slide and swings, this play area is perfect for keeping your little ones entertained!
Wesley Artisan Wood Fired Pizzeria
If you are a pizza lover, make sure you get down to The Unicorn on Sunday’s between 5 – 8pm, to try the delicious Wesley Artisan Pizza’s from their stunning vintage horsebox kitted out with a wood fired kitchen! Cooked with passion using the very best ingredients, Wesley Pizzeria pairs Italy's finest flour, cheeses and tomatoes with the best local produce. Make sure you call them in advance to place your order, as their tantalising menu is hugely popular! Dog Friendly
Given the country surroundings of The Unicorn where we are often frequented by dog walkers, we are very much a dog friendly pub, and so well-behaved dogs are welcome in the garden and bar area. Make sure they have one of the free biscuits from the bar!
Restaurant
The quirkiness of The Unicorn makes it an enticing place to dine with us. Between the large double-sided fireplace, to sitting underneath the eye-catching beamed ceiling on the far side of the restaurant, the unique layout offers something for everyone. If you are looking for space for a larger gathering, or perhaps for a private celebration, we have additional seating in our Club Room which can hold up to 30 people. You can also settle at the bar if you fancy a quick bite
Bar
The bar is the first thing you see when you arrive through the front door at The Unicorn, and you’ll always be met with a smiley face. Whilst quaint, our bar offers an array of beverages from our local breweries and supply chain. We serve an excellent range of beers and lagers, coupled with an imaginative gin list, and a selection of fantastic wines. With our knowledgeable bar team at the helm, including an ale enthusiast, you will be sure to find your drink of choice. If you are looking for a quick bite, you can also get a comfy seat in the bar area.
